Development and industrialization

We develop electrical, thermal, and mechanical devices as well as complex system assemblies with a focus on industrial applications. We accompany you from the initial product idea through design, prototype production, and approval preparation to series production—always with the goal of realizing technically mature, economical, and practical solutions.

Laboratory and prototype construction

In our prototype construction department, we are able to produce samples as quickly as possible. We carry out a wide range of tests for you in our in-house laboratory and, if you wish, accompany you right through to market approval of your devices – with comprehensive testing and inspection procedures.

Approval support with recognized testing agencies

We support you in obtaining market approval for your products – from technical documentation to coordination with accredited testing institutions such as VDE, UL, or comparable international bodies. This ensures that all relevant standards and safety requirements are reliably met.

Application-oriented tests in our own testing laboratory

We carry out practical application and usage tests in our in-house laboratory. We test the function, usability, and safety of your products under realistic conditions – even before series production is approved. Many standard tests can be carried out before approval, thus ensuring smooth certification.

Lifetime simulation for maximum reliability

We use targeted service life tests to analyze the resilience and long-term stability of your systems. This gives you early insights into product quality and ensures that your devices will continue to function reliably in the long term.
