Since 1948, the company has been passed on from one generation of our cooperative members to the next and every profit made has been invested in Gerätewerk Matrei to secure our common path, for our employees, business partners and members.
Our cooperative association is a union of active employees who, within the company, would like to assume responsibility for other employees. After being in the company for 5 years every employee can apply to join the cooperative association. A social and entrepreneurial attitude represents an important factor in this.
